    • 3+ years of experience in general construction/carpentry, particularly in custom home building.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Diverse role covering sales, customer service, contract negotiation, and hands-on work.
    • Installation of doors and leading installation teams.
    • Scheduling and coordinating project activities.
    • Acting as the right-hand person to management.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in general residential framing/carpentry.
    • Self-confident and assured with a positive attitude.
    • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills.
    • Exudes professionalism and maintains a clean-cut appearance.
    • Strong work ethic, consistently going the extra mile.
