Un(e) Secrétaire commercial(e).

Rattaché(e) au Chef des Ventes,  vos principales missions sont :

· Contrôler la validité du bon de commande

· Enregistrer les commandes dans le système informatique constructeur

· Préparer le dossier de livraison

· Rédiger la demande de préparation, commander la pose des accessoires

· Prendre rendez-vous avec le client pour la livraison

· Assurer le secrétariat du Service VN et VO

· Préparer la gestion du stock VN et VO

· Facturation

Profil recherché

De formation Bac +2 de type secrétariat commerciale ou comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une expérience similaire. Reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à gérer les priorités, votre sens de l’organisation vous permet de gérer et de suivre les dossiers de manière efficace. Polyvalent(e) et agile, vous possédez également un bon relationnel et êtes orienté(e) client. La maîtrise des outils informatiques est indispensable.

La connaissance du secteur automobile serait un vrai plus.

Permis B indispensable.
