A day in the life of a Collections Associate II

Working out of our Rockland headquarters, the Collections Associate II has a unique role and is a split between collection responsibilities and coordinating the clerical/correspondence tasks of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with an administrative background and former collections experience.

Skills & Requirements

The Collections Associate II position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior collections experience preferred. Ability to make independent decisions with scope of authority. Requires strong oral and written communication skills. Basic level computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.

Work Schedule and Benefits

As a Collections Associate II, you will work a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule.
