Busy Auto Group in Bergen County, NJ is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Motor Vehicle Clerk/DMV Clerk and/or Bookkeeper.
Centralized office, 3 dealerships, this is a great opportunity for growth and advancement.

Full Time Job Opportunity.
Prior Automotive/DMV experience Preferred.

We Offer:

  • $25.00 hourly pay +++ based off qualifications
  • Flexible Hours-5 day work week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Package contract to overnight to financial institutions.
  • Prepare title paperwork including processing all new and used vehicles registrations in and out
  • Input inventory control information (vehicle weights)
  • Heavy follow up with banks on payoff's to ensure we receive the correct paperwork
  • Monthly reconciliation of the DMV fee schedule.
  • File ST-3 forms
  • Maintain a record of the motor vehicle for future MVC audit
  • Wholesale deals
  • Flipping titles

Requirements:

  • *Preferred*-previous automotive dealership experience in a title clerk or billing clerk role
  • Knowledge of CDK (ADP)/Reg USA/NJCAR/CVR PREFERRED
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Valid U.S driver's license
  • Eager to grow within our company as there is room for advancement
