Hill International is seeking a Program Delivery Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico

The PDMG will guide applicants and sub-applicants through the complicated Public Assistance Process. Work with the PA Site Inspector Task Force Leader and PA Program Delivery Task Force Leader to coordinate effective, efficient, and accurate delivery of grant funding. Coordinates with recipients and subrecipients to complete PA grants Uses Grant Manager software to enter, update, and retrieve grant information. Follow applicable local, state, tribal, territorial, and Federal regulations on grant eligibility. Tracks and follows-up with the applicant on FEMA's RFI and documentation submission. Coordinates transmittal of documents and information between the Applicant and FEMA's Consolidated Resource Center. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years minimum experience in your area of expertise (Project Manager, Construction Manager, Accountant, Engineer, Prior experience working FEMA Public Assistance (preferred but not required) 2 to 3 deployments on FEMA PA Projects (State and Local included) or 2 years’ experience on 1 FEMA PA Project preferred. Working knowledge of Grants Manager or Grants Portal Knowledge or willing to learn Grants Manager, Google Earth Pro and other FEMA Systems Knowledge of or willing to learn how to create a Firmette or Flood Map Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to follow directions. Ability to work in challenging conditions. Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Full Covid-19 vaccination is recommended.
