Our Ideal Candidate:

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
Understanding of and commitment to food safety procedures and regulations
Previous experience as a manager, leader or supervisor in a restaurant setting
Ability to safely lift over 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
Available to work 45 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
Shift Management:
Staff delegation and maintaining high quality service standards
Make informed decisions regarding guest accommodations, staffing and operational issues
Coaching & Leadership:
Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members.
Lead by example, demonstrate a positive work ethic and maintain a professional attitude.
Economic Management:
Proper delegation of resources, truck ordering, employee scheduling, prepare reports and deposits,
Ensure accuracy and adherence to financial procedures, monitor cash flow, identify and report any discrepancies
Safety & Cleanliness:
Ongoing commitment to maintain the environment to reflect the highest possible food safety and cleanliness standards
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Employment contingent upon background check results.
