EXCITING FP&A OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Planner and Analyst to join our esteemed client. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance through detailed analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning
  • Analyze financial results and provide insights on variances against budgets and forecasts
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial guidance
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
