This leadership position has responsibility for the employed clinic operations for Southwest Texas (El Paso, Corpus Christi, Rio Grande Valley) providing comprehensive oversight for all employed clinic operations to include all MBOs, Quality, and HEDIS metrics. This position collaborates with various enterprise departments (Health Care Economics, Ed & Trng, IT, etc.) as well as Optum and United entities. This role will have accountability for successful collaboration with physicians as well as working cross-functionally with other functions in the corporation to achieve enterprise and market goals/objectives.
The position has accountability over multiple markets across the enterprise, region and states to collaborate and drive efforts for effectively analyzing data/processes, best practices and initiatives throughout the employed provider clinics with impact on over clinicians and potential for over + contracted healthcare providers to ensure the right care, at the right place, at the right time. This role is an influential leader who must engage other leaders and develop solid relationships across the enterprise that will drive successful initiative/project completion.

Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in a healthcare environment7+ years senior management experience7+ years in depth analysis utilizing appropriate tools and knowledge of current trends in reporting and technology applicationsKnowledge of current principles, practices, and trends in leadership and resource management experience providing leadership and direction for long-range strategic planningAdvanced experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Power Point, Word, Project and ExcelProven solid analytical skills and understanding of operational reportsProven professional interpersonal skills and presentation skills required. Must be able to effectively communicate to all audiences: executives, medical dyad partners, clinicians, and clinic staffProven solid data mining, analytical and reporting skills, along with ability to review and interpret data and make recommendations to senior managementAbility to travel locally and overnight approximately 40% of the time This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years in corporate/business setting, managed care, health system8+ years proven ability to integrate large-scale systemic change programs with wide range of stakeholders and department managers - analyze outcomes driving optimal care delivery resultsProven ability to establish cooperative and collaborative working relationships in the course of performing assigned duties
