We are looking for a Maintenance Instrumentation and Controls Technician to join our team at our facility in Avon, NY, 14414. If you have expertise in Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Conveyor Systems, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), we want to hear from you

Overview
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation and controls systems
  • Work with machine brands such as Allen Bradley and Siemens
  • Ensure the smooth operation of conveyor systems and other equipment
Responsibilities
  • Inspect, test, and repair Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Conveyor Systems, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
  • Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and controls systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and engineers
  • Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records
Qualifications
  • Experience working with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Conveyor Systems, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
  • Familiarity with machine brands such as Allen Bradley and Siemens
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary info:

$32 - $37 / hr
