E/M Assy/Machine Builder

We need a good Builder, mechanic, assembler
This is primarily assembling various machines, systems, robotics and automation systems to assist in production.
This position contributes to the success of the company by assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of automation and robotics work cells and equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
* Build, assemble, troubleshoot, & repair automation/robotics equipment and systems machines to engineering specifications.
* Work on all types of machine shop / production equipment to include assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
* Effectively interact with engineers and all shop personnel to help determine if an assembly change is needed to achieve optimum machine performance.
Requirements:
* Ability to read machine drawings/ documentation to assemble machines.
* Ability to use basic hand tools
* Ability to use basic power tools
*Ability to perform some electrical assy and troubleshooting using a multimeter while reading schematics.
*Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
* Ability to work independently
* Adherence to all safety guidelines as outlined in the safety manual
Other Skills/Abilities which will ensure success:
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Machine shop knowledge a plus (manual mills/lathes)
*Experience assembling and building automation equipment a plus.
* Fork lift truck knowledge & certification a plus
Physical requirements of position:
* Capable of lifting 40 ‐ 50 pounds, occasionally
* Capable of prolonged standing
