WHAT YOU'LL DO
The position of Exam Security Investigator is a critical role in safeguarding the integrity and credibility of examinations. As an investigator, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth investigations into alleged exam breaches, irregularities, or misconduct. You will utilize your strong investigative skills to collect and analyze evidence, interview relevant parties, and document findings. Your role will also involve collaborating with exam administrators, security personnel, and legal teams to ensure proper handling of cases. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting detailed reports summarizing your investigations and recommending appropriate actions or sanctions. The successful candidate for this position will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of exam security. Your work as an Exam Security Investigator will contribute to maintaining the fairness and trustworthiness of the examination process.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This position will work hybrid from our Leawood, Kansas office location. Remote candidates will also be considered.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Conduct thorough investigations into alleged exam breaches, irregularities, or misconduct. Communicate directly with relevant parties, including test takers, proctors, and other faculty, to gather information and statements. Document findings, including detailed reports outlining the investigation process and the evidence collected. Identify potential vulnerabilities in exam security protocols and recommend improvements or enhancements. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in exam security to continuously enhance investigative techniques. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to exam security and investigation processes.WHAT YOU'LL NEED
3+ years’ experience with proctored testing, security investigations, exam security, and testing industry best practices Bachelor’s degree preferred. Key Skills and Abilities/Qualifications Strong investigative skills, including the ability to gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and document findings. Excellent attention to detail to identify and analyze potential exam breaches or irregularities. Knowledge of exam security protocols and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate findings and recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively with exam administrators, security personnel, and legal teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with technology and software used in video surveillance and evidence management. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple investigations simultaneously and meet deadlines. Attention to ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the integrity of the examination process.BENEFITS
