Additionally, the Medication Aide Trainer role is integral to our nursing education program, fostering student success in classroom, clinical, and laboratory settings under the direct supervision of the Director of Corporate Training. The roles and responsibilities of this position include providing instruction, assistance to students, and clinical supervision in accordance with curriculum requirements. You will ensure that students meet all skill and performance outcomes as specified by the curriculum. Additionally, you will assist the Director with managing student files, reporting, schedules, and participate in simulation experiences that are part of the lab experience. Attending safety training sessions as assigned is also required. Furthermore, you will offer individualized instruction and feedback to students to enhance their program and clinical competencies.
The successful candidate will believe in and support the student first philosophy while contributing to the overall success of Baker College, while acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus. Requirements
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License and a minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
