Your responsibilities will include working with patients to find the perfect eyewear, while supporting the daily operations of the optical department.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Help patients choose the right eyewear based on their prescription and style preferences.
• Prescription Interpretation:Read and dispense prescriptions from doctors.
• Frame and Lens Selection:Advise on lens options and frame styles.
• Measurements:Take precise measurements for a proper fit.
• Adjustments and Repairs: Adjust and repair eyewear for comfort and vision accuracy.
• Sales:Promote products and drive sales while maintaining product knowledge.
• Team Collaboration:Work with other staff to provide excellent patient care.
