What You'll Do:

  • Lead our recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, to bringing top talent to our team.
  • Manage various HR functions, including onboarding new hires, facilitating new hire orientation, processing HRIS transactions and coordinating team member events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support our company's mission and values.
  • Wear multiple hats and handle diverse HR responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in the human resources, business or related field or three years of relative work experience required.
  • Recruitment experience required
  • Human Resources Certification is a plus.
  • Work experience in healthcare is a plus.
  • Demonstrated competence in various HR functional areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with a diverse group of clients, team and managers.
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, comfortable in presenting.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable learning, using, and teaching new technology.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Works well independently or as part of a team.
  • Must possess good logic and excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full- time, non-exempt

Pay: $26.50 - $33.50 per hour, depending on experience
