MATH TUTOR

Job Status: PRN (as needed) Non-Exempt Hourly 

Pay Scale:  Will be dependent on education and experience.

Job Location:  1 N. University Ave, Provo, UT

Your Goals & Objectives:

Maintain an appropriate level of order in the classroom, and a pleasing appearance. Monitor maintenance of classroom furniture and equipment. Maintain positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement Foster student cooperation. Exhibits warmth, patience, and is nurturing to students. Use school discipline structure.
Qualifications

Your qualifications will include:

Experience working as a or Math Teacher. Strong understanding of high school math topics, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 2, or equivalent math core curriculum. Good communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to explain concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Patience and creativity in helping students grasp math concepts. Availability to work part-time hours (One day per week) MUST be at least years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen
