Machine Operator

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, have experience with setup and adjustment of machinery, and basic math skills. Experience with electronics, calipers, and micrometers is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Set up machinery before production runs, including selecting the right tools, materials, and programming parameters.
  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
  • Make adjustments to machinery as necessary to correct errors or deviations in the production process.
  • Use basic math skills to measure and calculate dimensions, quantities, and tolerances.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, measurements, and product counts.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate effectively and report any issues to the maintenance department.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve challenges effectively.

Skills/Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus.
  • Experience with electronics, calipers, and micrometers is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
