Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time, Onsite

Location: Everett, WA
Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based Contract
Service Model: Onsite Only

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Everett, WA. This school-based, onsite role allows you to work directly with students, providing essential speech and language therapy to support their academic and personal growth.

Position Details:
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Caseload: K-12 (specific details available during the interview).
  • Location: Onsite only; no remote or hybrid options available.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
  • Provide direct speech therapy in line with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Washington state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
