To enable a squad of IT resources to support SAP Fieldglass system from IT standpoint.

The resources should be able to support and have experience on configuring and testing the following two SAP Fieldglass modules:

Contingent Labor (Contingent Worker Module). Service Procurement (SOW and SOW Bid): IT Services. Management Advisory Services.

Scope of work:

Participate in design sessions and requirements gathering with our business stakeholders and being capable of confirming if SAP Fieldglass tool can meet or not those requirements and provide guidance to our business stakeholders. Delivery of: Technical Specifications, Configuration/Build, Testing, required documentation for deploying changes into production environment. Hypercare support. Production support and support to our business stakeholders. Analysis / assessment of new requirements.
