WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

You will be responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative services, and ensuring efficient, timely and accurate payment of invoices. Match signed and dated receipts with invoices and purchase orders. Code invoices with vendor number and GL account; apply sales tax if applicable. Enter approved invoices to Canopy (Citrix). Answer vendor and internal customer questions. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, monthly accruals, and weekly GL reports as assigned. Enter driver expense reports into payables and generate checks. All other relevant duties to the job.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM…

You will have a HS Diploma, and ideally a college degree or relevant certificate Some knowledge and experience with accounts payable. Proficient in data entry and management. Strong technology and computer skills with working knowledge of Excel. General knowledge of accounting (GAAP).

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT…

You will be in a typical office environment within a manufacturing plant using computers, telephones and other office equipment.

THE DETAILS…

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
