SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Performs the proper mixing of water, sweetener and concentrate to create finished syrups for production, while maintaining the integrity and quality of the products.

• Sets up, verifies and completes daily batching sheets prior to mixing.
• Follows all standard operating procedures for mixing, while performing each procedure in an accurate, consistent and timely manner.
• Prepares daily paperwork and completes daily checklists.
• Performs startup and end of run procedures on processing machines(if applicable).
• Performs all required tank sanitations according to VCC flavor matrix.
• Forecasts sweetener use and tank availability for weekly production schedules, according to batch and tank size.
• Stages, dates and unloads concentrate shipments at regular intervals, using FIFO rotation methodology.
• Uses the proper protective equipment at all times.
• Works interdepartmentally to achieve goals and maintain the quality of product.
• Utilizes downtime to clean syrup room and assist with GMPs the overall facility.
• Receives and unloads sweetener tanker trucks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
