The Dental Assistant Apprentice position is designed by industry experts who have identified the most critical skills necessary to succeed as a dental assistant. Ideal Dental combines online coursework and in-person clinical sessions, providing critical repetitions in a fun and flexible environment with PAID ON THE JOB TRAINING We schedule the program in a way that allows you to easily transition from your current job or schooling into a new career path. The PAID training combination of in-person & clinical training, led by the highly skilled and experienced dental instructor within an actual dental office, ensures you graduate as a confident and effective dental assistant and are certified as a Registered Dental Assistant.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the dental office Prepare guests for treatments or checkups. Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed. Sterilize instruments according to regulations. Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry. Undertake lab tasks as instructed. Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions. Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked. Schedule appointments. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
