Job Description

Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator at our Marinette, Wisconsin location.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Facilities Analyst will assist with all aspects of capital projects, facilities, and creating approval and purchasing processes to ensure control and record of the process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors by providing service and customer support during field visits. Maintain vendor database Meet with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to discuss products and equipment Monitor budgets and costs Provides facility-specific assistance to the project management team as needed Participates in strategic planning Liaise with internal staff at all levels Work with Senior Leadership to complete other miscellaneous project coordination Comply with all safety and health regulations Follow company procedures and protocols Foster a collaborative teamwork environment; Promote energy and enthusiasm; Maximize productivity Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, sense of urgency, and creativity in finding solutions that align with the mission, vision, and values of the Company Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and Federal Privacy Law

While performing the duties of this job, the employee's workspace is in a clean and comfortable climate-controlled setting with little to no exposure to the moving equipment, elements, extreme conditions, or risk of injury. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. When entering the shipyard, the work environment is not climate-controlled and there is exposure to moving equipment, etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Qualified candidates has to have a Bachelor's Degree as plus

* Experience in Shipyard Facility or Large Industrial Facility improvements

* Equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience

* He/she must have the ability to work independently and with teams, maintain a professional demeanor, and maintain confidentiality

SKILLS:

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and computer skills

* Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

* Must have strong organizational and time management skills

* Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor

* Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
