Registered Nurse RN – PAH Educator

Responsibilities:

• Develop educational and training programs as assigned and requested by ADMS units, including, but not limited to:
• Written education, online education, in-person education, and various other media as deemed necessary
• Research and organize/provide ongoing mandatory training opportunities, including, but not limited to BLS classes
• Conduct facility audits and present results to facility management staff
• Assist with regulatory body inspections as needed
• Provide ongoing support for Orientation opportunities as needed, including, but not limited to group/1-1 instruction,
• proctoring testing, hands-on clinical instruction
• Provide remediation for clinical employees as needed

Required Qualifications:

• BCLS (all Educators), ACLS (Acute Educators)
• Certified Dialysis Nurse/Certified Nephrology Nurse (may be obtained within first 6 months of employment
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Preferred Qualifications: BCLS instructor
• ACLS instructor
