Site Manager - Weekly Pay
Monday-Friday - 7a-3p - Fill in, as needed
Job responsibilities
- Making sure all officers are on post and completing each of their daily tasks.
- Client communication
- Completing all required site forms properly completed and in a timely manner.
- Scheduling of all regular positions and all extra coverage needed for the site and completing timesheets.
- Act as a fill in when needed.
- Conduct spot checks on all personnel.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are properly followed.
- Ensure all safety policies are properly in place and followed.
- Ensure all C-TPAT reports are completed.
- Respond to all emergencies and assist the incident command.
- Ensure the truck gate is running efficiently and according to set procedures.
- Completing vehicle inspection forms.
- Patrol site.
- Shift is Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm and fill in as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Must be capable of understanding and carrying out routine instructions.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be familiar with standard security concepts and procedures.
- Must have the physical capacity to perform required tasks including walking patrols.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the client.
- Must possess acceptable verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a pleasant personality; must be dependable.
- Works under general Supervision.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no serious violations.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- If former military, you must be able to supply a DD-214 showing honorable discharge.
