SAP OTC Associate

Teleflex is recruiting for SAP OTC/SM Associate, who would be located in Morrisville, NC USA. The Associate would be responsible for assisting in supporting ECC Order To Cash, Service Management and Field Service Management Applications.

Principal Responsibilities

• Works on Teleflex global S/4 implementation project as part of the Commercial team
• Works with Business Process Owners to harmonize global processes and to ensure proper system usage and understanding
• Supports business processes as they relate to Order to Cash and Service Mgmt. modules.
• Develops and delivers requirements and scope documents, business process design and configuration.
• Hands-on Design, Configuration, Test and Validation expertise of SAP Modules 
o SM : Service Notification, Service Order, Equipment master, Serialization profiles, Return Order processing, Repair orders, Refurbishment process, DIP Profile, and Field Service Management application.
o OTC: Order types, Pricing, Output types, Supply chain and 3PL integration
• Works closely with other IT personnel and vendors to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Has working experience in IDoc Processing, EDI

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical fields such as Computer Science or Information Systems. A combination of education and experience with SAP ECC may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong problem-solving skills for developing creative solutions that meet project objectives are desirable
• 1-2+ years of working in an SAP environment and S4HANA experience desired
• Working knowledge of Field Service Management applications would be a plus
• SAP Certification would be a plus
