Job Description:


Silverado Signature Homes is expanding and is searching for an experienced, professional candidate for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day sales operations of this growing custom home construction company to enable senior leadership to focus on strategic planning, major opportunities, and growth. The ideal candidate will have the heart of a servant leader and the passion to make a positive impact on our clients and staff, and in the communities where we build and serve. 
 
Headquartered in Bertram, Texas, Silverado Signature Homes was founded in 2017. We are a Christian company called to build homes and have completed over 100 projects across Burnet and Williamson Counties. With a commitment to quality construction and outstanding customer service, we are looking to expand our footprint into new territories.
 
Job Responsibilities: 


  • Define, implement, and revise sales and marketing policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Lead in-bound and out-bound sales cycle.
  • Create, review and own proposal process. 
  • Manage and lead efforts related to new home lead generation and opportunity closing.
  • Create, distribute, and manage advertising and marketing collateral and campaigns. 
  • Maintain company website, social media platforms and external advertising and promotional / philanthropic efforts.
  • Attend community outreach events, participate in local business development activities, and build relationships that will lead to sales lead generation and closing. 
  • Establish and maintain sales metrics to measure the organization's overall performance.
  • Liaise with the Director of Operations and Administration managers to meet company’s financial targets, objectives, operational goals, and regulatory compliance on an ongoing basis. 
  • Provide regular reporting to the President and the organization of respective responsibilities.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of previous custom homes sales experience, including both inbound and outbound lead generation and closing. 
  • Possesses an outgoing and customer-centric focus.
  • Self-starter who will be proactive and solve problems.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Google Drive, various social media platforms, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
