Supervises the daily activities of a team by monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback. (50%)
Identifies areas for development to continuously improve metrics and performance. (20%)
Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns. Acts as an escalation point of contact. (20%)
Contributes to the improvement of processes and procedures. (10%)
With external communication such as CQ, Customer, PMs as needed.
