Qualifications

:Graduate of a Practical Nurse program leading to a license by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Must be actively registered with the CLPNA. Computer experience is required to access, enter and update information on electronic information system. Minimum of 2 years nursing experience is strongly preferred. Personal Competencies: Knowledge of nursing clinical best practice standards/protocols as required in area of nursing specialty related to the job assignment, basic nursing care practices, scope of practice as defined by CLPNA, and continued competence and practice standards Demonstrates awareness of accident and injury prevention, adheres to safe work practices and procedures and is responsible for maintaining self-wellness.
