Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Consultant at Serra Chevrolet of Bartlett, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers, whether they are in-person, on the phone, or online.
This is a entry level position.
You will serve as the face of the dealership and be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with any inquiries related to their automotive needs.
This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, located in Bartlett, Tennessee. 

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all customers interacting with the dealership
- Assist customers with any inquiries or issues related to their automotive needs, such as new or used vehicle purchases, service appointments, and parts orders
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer phone calls and emails
- Provide accurate and detailed information about dealership products and services
- Process customer payments and maintain financial records
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on all dealership promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
