Easy Dynamics is looking for Okta Identity & Access Management (IAM) SME to support an enterprise wide ICAM implementation. As part of an Agile Customer Experience & Integrations team, you work directly with client stakeholders (application owners, security officers, product owners etc.) to improve application access security, and improve customer experience and promote an enterprise Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be an excellent communicator and possess the ability to work independently with minimal direct guidance.

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with Principal Solution Architect, other ICAM solution component SMEs, ICAM PMO, and stakeholders to develop and refine ICAM solution requirements  Design and implement Okta platform configurations to align with overall ICAM solution architecture and customer requirements  Drive and support customer application integrations into a new Okta-based IAM solution  Provide Okta subject matter expertise to a variety of program stakeholders on application integration, IAM functionality, and Okta’s feature roadmap – including the mapping of program goals against that roadmap  Lead and participate in application stakeholder meetings Provide updates on application integration sequence, technical integration, and overall progress to internal and external stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues before, during and after application integration Monitor and accelerate application integration progress Author troubleshooting and “how-to” customer documentation Approach all tasks with a DevSecOps mindset, strive to automate and innovate when possible

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent  5+ years of experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining access management solutions using Okta, multifactor authentication, contextual and conditional access policies, and authorization policies for desktop and mobile devices  Okta certifications  Expert level understanding of Okta’s solution suite and product roadmap  Understanding and experience with Okta’s IAM solution in the context of an enterprise ZTA  Demonstrated experience leading workstreams and scoping and managing complex access management projects and providing strategic and technical advisory services  Demonstrated experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols such as SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, OpenID/OpenID Connect, one-time passcodes, PKI, derived credentials, FIDO, U2F, RBAC, ABAC  Demonstrated experience working on complex projects and providing technical analysis and advisory services  US Citizenship required  Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Knowledge of HSPD-12/PIV/CAC, FIPS 201, FICAM, NIST SP 800-53 and 800-63, FISMA, and other federal ICAM-related directives, standards, and mandates  Knowledge of AWS, GSA USAccess, HR Connect, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Office365  Experience with other leading ICAM technology, in particular SailPoint, CyberArk, MS Active Directory, MS Entra
