Essential Duties and Job Requirements:

Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment Must be able to read prints and process sheets Perform first piece inspection as well as in process quality checks accompanied by the required paperwork Properly identify parts and operate all equipment used in the assembly process and be able to identify and properly tag rejected parts Understand and follow all ISO procedures Assist with the training of new employees, and follow all company policies and procedures Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training, and accountability Ability to consistently satisfy or exceed productivity requirement Perform inspection process and complete all related production paperwork Ability to set up equipment or machines and perform simple adjustments and minor set up of some dies

General Skills Required:

Ability to operate small hand tools (e.g. pliers, screwdrivers, hammer, wrenches, etc.), power tools, and measuring equipment Read, learn and follow training, adhere precisely to written procedures Problem solving skills Must be able to follow detailed instruction, inspection procedures and product appearance Ability to work from engineering drawings and/or specifications

Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and walking. Some lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs.) is required. Some daily computer work is required.
