SAGE Dining Services® is looking for an experienced utility/dish room worker who has a background in high-volume settings working as part of our team at a private high school in Worcester, MA.

The ideal candidate can keep a clean and sanitary work environment at all times while working in a fast-paced environment. 

Previous experience with custodial duties or kitchen prep is a plus

Schedule:

Sunday 9:30 A.M.- 6:45 P.M. Monday- Thursday 9:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.

Pay Type: 

$18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Time Commitment: 

Full Time

What you'll do:

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.

What you'll need:

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures. Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
