Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver standards-based curricula in English Language Arts and Social Studies. Create instructional resources and engage in co-lesson planning with partner teachers. Drive student achievement through creative lesson plans and organized classroom procedures. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Evaluate student progress regularly and maintain accurate records. Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students. Participate in professional development activities and collaborate within Professional Learning Communities (PLC). Build strong, positive relationships with the diverse community of students and their families.

Minimum Qualifications: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Delaware Teaching License and Certification in Elementary Education (K-6) with a focus on Spanish, in accordance with 14 Del. C. § 1531. 1-2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level, preferably in a language immersion or bilingual program.
