Your role involves developing high-quality graphic elements, compelling course interfaces, and dynamic motion graphics, while managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of innovative learning experiences. Ensure all graphic content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall user experience. Develop visually compelling course interfaces, templates, and multimedia components that are user-friendly and accessible. Utilize visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to improve the effectiveness of instructional content.
Experience: Minimum of years of experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, visual design, and motion graphics work. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards would be beneficial. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Evolve). Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools is plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in e-learning design would be plus. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
