Maint/Eng Assoc Coordinator

Responsibilities Supervise all maitenance and operation activities as per agreed plans. Troubleshoting equipmemts problems and Raise analsis report to Maintenance supervisor. Determine required spare parts for daily uses or preventive maintenance. Lead, Train and Develop department technicians and drivers Manage equipments rent process with agro team, maintenance supervisor, and maintenance controller Distribute work activities for technicians and drivers through shifts and manage technician's working and rest days. Review work orders with agro, maintenance teams, and tractors drivers on a daily basis and report deviations if there. Follow up technicians and tractors drivers on a daily basis and support them to facilitate their roles Supervise and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance with technicians Ensure performing tractors and equipments inspection before their work. Commitment to safety, occupational health, and environmental standards Qualifications Technical or Higher educational degree. Computer skills (Excel, outlook, Internet and PowerPoint). Planning skills Strong Communication Skills Strong Analytical / Thinking skills to be able to identify opportunities Good leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work in teams الإشراف على جميع أنشطة الصيانة والتشغيل حسب الخطط المتفق عليها.استكشاف مشكلات المعدات وإصلاحها ورفع تقرير التحليل إلى مشرف الصيانة.تحديد قطع الغيار المطلوبة للاستخدامات اليومية أو الصيانة الوقائية.قيادة وتدريب وتطوير فنيي القسم والسائقينإدارة عملية تأجير المعدات مع الفريق الزراعي ومشرف الصيانة ومراقب الصيانةتوزيع أنشطة العمل للفنيين والسائقين من خلال المناوبات وإدارة أيام العمل والراحة للفنيين.قم بمراجعة أوامر العمل مع الفرق الزراعية وفرق الصيانة وسائقي الجرارات بشكل يومي والإبلاغ عن الانحرافات إذا كانت هناك.متابعة الفنيين وسائقي الجرارات بشكل يومي ودعمهم لتسهيل أدوارهمالإشراف والتأكد من تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية مع الفنيينالتأكد من إجراء فحص الجرارات والمعدات قبل عملها.الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة درجة التعليم الفني أو العالي.• خبرة في الصيانة 2 – 3 سنوات في المزارع أو الصناعات الغذائية.• مهارات الكمبيوتر (Excel، Outlook، الإنترنت، وPowerPoint).• مهارات التخطيط•مهارات اتصال قوية• مهارات تحليلية/تفكير قوية لتكون قادرة على تحديد الفرص• مهارات القيادة والاتصال الجيدة•القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط• القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق
