This revolutionary new concept integrates shooting sports and fitness in one convenient location. Our facility features three distinct shooting ranges, full-service restaurant, large retail space, traditional as well as functional fitness, mixed martial arts dojo, spin studio, group fitness, spa services, child activity center and a host of amenities to provide an exceptional experience.

Position Summary

An XFF instructor is responsible for leading small group trainings that includes, but not limited to, strength and endurance training, Olympic weightlifting, heavy bag work, and more. Instructors will give technique cues and ensure the safety of all participants. Instructors will be spending most of their time instructing a small group and will inspire, coach, and motivate participants to reach their health and fitness goals while delivering an amazing experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop safe, professional, exciting, and comprehensive XFF classes to ensure members are achieving their health and fitness goals.
  • Provide an uplifting atmosphere in which clients feel welcomed and motivated.
  • Monitor and instruct clients during XFF classes on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength training equipment.
  • Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
  • Promote and sell XFF and XCAL programs and services.
  • Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of personal training experience
  • 1 year teaching in a group setting
  • Certified personal Trainer
  • CPR and AED Certified
  • Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design
  • Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and be able to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field.
  • USAW Certified
  • CrossFit Coach Certified
  • Background in boxing or kickboxing
