Our team of experienced professionals works closely with clients throughout the entire building process, ensuring that every aspect of their dream home is realized.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Lake and Porter counties of Indiana. As a member of our company, you will work to support and understand every client’s interests so that they can build their dream home through Viking Built Homes. This opportunity is located in Lake County, IN.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers by providing exceptional customer service. 
• Assist clients in understanding the features, benefits, and options of our homes and help them find the perfect fit for their needs and preferences. 
• Promote the builder and their products through various marketing initiatives, such as networking, open houses, etc. 
• Assist clients in securing financing and facilitate communication with mortgage brokers or lenders.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. 
• Coordinate with the construction team to provide buyers with updates on the status of their homes and address any concerns. 
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. 

• A valid real estate license is required in the state of operation. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are required. 
• Ability to work weekends and evenings to accommodate clients’ schedules is required. 
• Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred. 
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
