Job Description
Schedule: part-time, driving required:
1st Shift: Saturday 6am-2pm
2nd Shift: Friday 1pm-9pm Saturday 2pm-10pm

Pay: $28.08 / hour
As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 22 years of age. High school graduate or equivalent (copy to be submitted) Six-month State of Hawaii MVR records Pass ONE-TIME physical within the past 6 months. Pass 12-panel drug test. Physical Agility test involves the carrying of fire extinguisher and lifting a small child and lifting a handicapped person. Must be able to pass a background check to obtain an AOA badge. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only. Complete one of the approved programs: Certified State, County or Federal law enforcement recruit Director approved programs. Each LEO will possess the following minimum qualifications: 2 years as a Law Enforcement Officer after graduating from an approved program. No felony convictions or convictions for abuse of a household member Must be able to effectively do the following: Supervise Contractors on site. Pass weapons qualifications. Work effectively with airport management, tenants, other law enforcement agencies and the public on matters dealing with the following: Security disputes Complaints on the performance, conduct or behavior of subordinate employees. Appear in court for citations issued. Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained at all times while on duty. Able to stand for long periods of time. Professionalism in appearance, work ethic and a positive attitude are essential. Basic computer skills.
