Summary of Position:
Provide and maintain a clean environment for guests and their pups.  As groundskeeper you will ensure that all quarters of Off Leash are maintained including, indoor dog park, outdoor dog park, patio, parking lot and any other areas that may need attendance.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Park cleanliness.
  • Monitor trash receptacles and take out trash when full.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor social space.
  • Spray and scrub stubborn messes within the park—both indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • Clean up dog waste no one is taking responsibility for.
  • Clean and refill water tubs.
  • Monitor and restock waste bag stations.
  • Engage with our four and two-legged friends and ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Aid in the smooth execution of private and public events.
  • Learn about dog behavior and utilize that knowledge to ensure the safety of our guests.
Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Comfort working in an environment with off-leash dogs.
