If you’re a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) looking for a wonderful work environment, Berkshire Nursing & Rehabilitation wants to meet you Berkshire Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 175-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in West Babylon. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care for each of our residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will oversee the total care and safety of all residents and employees during his/her tour of duty.

Supervises and assists all nursing personnel in their work performance when necessary.

Performs duties of Unit Nurse when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently licensed as Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.

Has minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a health care setting.

Demonstrates evidence of leadership and management skills.

Has knowledge of Federal and State health regulations.

Experience with care plans and MDS.

Experience with ventilator equipment and LV. Therapy preferred.

Physically and mentally capable of performing job responsibilities.

Nursing: 1 years

BLS Certification

RN License
