Summary

Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing Oracle ERP implementations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the successful delivery of Oracle ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle ERP implementations, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Utilize your extensive experience as a Project Manager to develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk management.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Establish and maintain strong communication channels to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and facilitate effective decision-making.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful implementation of Oracle ERP solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve successful project outcomes and ROI.

Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture, promoting a sense of accountability and ownership among team members.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.

Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in Oracle ERP to contribute valuable insights to project planning and execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Oracle ERP implementations.

In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP systems and modules.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage detailed project plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards project success.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

PMP or Oracle Project Management certification is a plus.
