Job Description: Providing IT support for the .Net systems; Providing services for the Multi Language Translation (MLT) framework; Providing design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy; Developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features; Using a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers; Providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across Commerce; Determining specifications, then planning, designing, and developing the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes—either individually or in concert with a project team; Assisting in the most difficult support problems; Developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse; Understanding and consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies; Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to Comerce; Conducting code reviews as requested; Providing support for Issues and Adjudication framework, appeals, State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES), batches, correspondences, fact findings templates, and claims process; Acting as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines, both internally and externally; Acting as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent; Developing and maintaining Azure Dev Ops (ADO) such as build/release automation, branching merging strategies, roles and permissions, custom task creation, Azure Dev Ops, and build definitions Visual Studio Online/Extensible Application Markup Language (VSO/XAML); Participating in the Technical Change Control Board activities, which include code refactoring, design reviews and Read Only Memory (ROM) estimate for projects and enhancements; Assisting in the redesign or creation of notice headers, bodies, document styles, and formats; and Collaborating with clients/customers to develop technical strategies and frameworks. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience; A minimum of seven () years of experience in design and/or development experience with .NET, C, , Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture, A minimum of five () years of experience with Visual Studio or highe; A minimum of five () years of experience with OpenText, Hewlett Packard (Client) Exstream; A minimum of five () years of experience Experience in creating various types of templates, such as letters, statements, bills, year-end statements, tax forms, and email notifications; Strong background in object-oriented development techniques; Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server); Experience with SQL tuning; Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops); Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments; An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs; Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies; Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues; Experience with assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements; Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities; Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment; Experience with on-premise, Azure DevOps, and DevOps; and Experience with all aspects of Opentext xPression and Exstream Dialogues, including installation, configuration, code development, customization, and implementation.
