Cycle Counter

Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a Cycle Counter in a warehouse environment? Are you searching for opportunities for a long-term career with advancement potential? Then consider joining us as a Cycle Counter at our site in Des Plaines, Illinois Your Role You will report to a Supervisor and perform weekly cycle counts, make system adjustments, and maintain accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection. You will work Monday - Friday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $17.25 per hour. Your Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and inventory management procedures
• Reconcileinventory and coordinate inventory procedures
• Workwith management on implementing loss prevention programs and improvingmanagement of inventory 
• Implementrecovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for and handledproperly 
• Helpoversee the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weeklyand monthly reports 
• Conduct system searches to locate products 
• Developa program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location 
• Processproper documentation to create a prompt credit transaction 
• Develop all necessaryreports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts 

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of recent experience in cycle counting and inventory control preferred
• PCliterate with experience in Microsoft Suites 
• WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience preferred
• Experience operating material handling equipment preferred
