DOES THIS SCHEDULE WORK FOR YOU?

This entry-level financial job at our office can be part-time depending on the needs of the candidate. Full-time employees typically work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.


WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an entry-level Accounting Clerk - Bookkeeping Office Assistant, you play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our business. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask help ensure the accuracy and consistency of our financial records. On a daily basis, you review invoices and receipts received from vendors to ensure that they match the corresponding purchase orders. You then meticulously enter this information into our accounting software, assigning the appropriate accounts and job codes to keep our records in order.

You're also responsible for monitoring our accounts receivable, ensuring timely customer payments, and following up on overdue accounts to arrange payment plans when necessary. In addition, you manage our payroll, reconcile bank statements, and prepare reports for our management team. Your hard work directly contributes to the smooth running of our company while supporting our great team. You take pride in your work and understand the significance of your role in ensuring that our business operations run seamlessly
