The Headlines:   
In the role of Warehouse Operator – Ends working in Golden, CO, you will be responsible for safely and accurately loading pallets for OTR’s, moving palletized product within the plant, and staging materials for production lines.  You will verify pallet quality, conduct inventory checks, be responsible for organization and housekeeping in the warehouse, and assist and support our production and quality teams however necessary.  You will also be expected to learn to operate support equipment such as palletizers, stretch wrappers, and scrap balers.

This position reports to the Line Lead.

The Responsibilities: 

  • Contributes to a safe work environment by performing all tasks in accordance with O.S.H.A., Lock-out/Tag-out/Try-out safety rules & Molson Coors policies and regulations.
  • Works as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member.
  • Utilizes the appropriate personal communication and interaction skills required to work with others in a team-based environment.
  • Reads and correctly interprets and follows job procedures, work instructions, as well as special notices and/or instructions and is capable to interpret the instructions, relaying that information accurately to other individuals.
  • High speed manufacturing experience is preferred.
     

The Other Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years forklift experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willing to work rotating shifts (days/nights)
