Essential Job Functions:

Works closely with the Registered Dietitian to ensure seamless coordination and effective nutrition support.

Collaborates with the Registered Dietitian for necessary approvals and sign-offs.

Actively participates in performance improvement projects related to nutrition and patient care.

Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, administrators, and support staff.

Educates patients and their family members as needed to enhance their understanding of nutrition and health.

Partners on research initiatives related to nutrition and outcomes.

Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
