As a cook, you will prepare and serve meals, oversee foodservice operation, and ensures adequate food and supplies are available.
You will:
Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper form Clean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas Comply with state sanitation codes Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed
You Currently:
Can obtain a Food Handlers card. Meet all mandatory health requirements by state regulations. Read, write, speak and understand English.
