Position Details:

• Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Work Hours: School hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm/Part-Time, 8-12 hours per week
• Term: Positions are available for the remainder of the current school year, continuing into ESY and next school year.
• Salary Range: $25-$30 per hour

Qualifications: To be a part of our dynamic team, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Certification: Hold certification as an RBT from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Clearances: Possess up-to-date clearances or demonstrate a willingness to obtain them.
• Insurance: Provide proof of individual professional liability insurance, or express willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities: As a Registered Behavior Technician at Therapy Source, your role may encompass:

1. ABA Therapy Excellence: Implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs, customizing them to meet the unique needs of each child.

2. Behavior Management Mastery: Skillfully applying appropriate behavior management techniques as outlined in individual behavior plans.

3. Empowering Self-Help Skills: Assisting children in developing essential daily self-help skills, fostering their independence and growth.

4. Team Collaboration: Keeping the lines of communication open within the team, sharing all developments, addressing problems, and resolving concerns as they arise.

5. Resource Maintenance: Ensuring that therapy areas are well-maintained and stocked with the necessary materials for effective and impactful sessions.
