Overview:

Xerox Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution, and basic setup of office equipment, supplies, and various goods. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday in Tampa FL. What You’ll Do:​ Ensures adequate inventory of serialized equipment is received correctly and barcoded.  Conducts weekly inventory analysis to solve inventory problems with ERP System.  Supports inventory control procedures.  Ensures order fulfillment is current and accurate using our database(s). Performs physical inventory of equipment each quarter to in compliance with inventory policies. Involves prepping and working with teams during inventory.  Supports all functions related to warehouse operations including shipping & receiving and teams. Responsible for tracking inventory movement including transfers to ensure the integrity of inventory. Support team to fulfil targets every month, quarter, and year end. Prepared to join and support the Team, as needed. Organize and upkeep of warehouse functions and areas. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.  Qualifications:   1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse High School Diploma or HS equivalency  Forklift certified  Experience with office products or similar industry a plus.  Strong customer service skills.  Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and personnel within the organization are required.  Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet are required.  Ability to work evenings and weekend hours during peak periods.  Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member. Physical Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old  Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 pounds  Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled  How We Set You Up for Success:​ Hands-on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of warehouse safety and responsibilities ​  Ongoing career development training​  #LI-SG2
