Senior Buyer

We currently have an opening for a Senior Buyer to join the Cable Connections Team in Norcross, Georgia. In this role, you will use your strong negotiation skills to ensure the Team has the materials, parts, equipment, and supplies they need when they need it at the best price without compromising quality, delivery, payment terms, or availability. You will analyze component requirements, request and evaluate proposals for items, and keep up to date on potential suppliers who will provide us the level of quality, delivery, and price we expect. You will understand the business and manage buying activities while weighing the cost of maintaining inventories. Plus you will lead your team in process improvements and successful buying activities.

Competitive candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in the buying function and a bachelor's degree, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. They will bring over the top Excel skills, analytical and problem solving skills, strong written and oral communication skills, a demonstrated sense of urgency, and teamwork to the team.
